Material

Manufactured primarily from MDF (commonly known as SupaWood), providing a smooth and durable surface suitable for high-quality painted finishes.

The unit is professionally spray-painted to achieve a clean Gloss or Matt finish, depending on the selected option.

Manufacturing Lead Time

5–7 working days from confirmation of the order, subject to material availability and production capacity.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean using a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry the surface immediately afterwards.

Do not allow water or other liquids to remain on the surface.

Avoid abrasive cleaning products, harsh chemicals and strong solvents.

Care Instructions

Protect the unit from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.

For newly manufactured furniture exposed to strong sunlight, avoid leaving decorative items permanently in one position during the first 6–8 weeks to allow the finish to age evenly.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is charged separately and is not included in the product price.

Delivery costs are calculated according to the delivery location, order size and transportation requirements.

For deliveries outside Gauteng, shipping fees may vary depending on the destination and order size. Please confirm the delivery cost with us before placing your order.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at lewis@home-craft.co.za. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Custom products, sale items, gift cards, and personal care goods are not eligible for return.

To exchange, return the item and place a new order after approval.

If shipping to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return an order without reason under the cooling-off period.
