  CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 

Here’s how you go about cleaning velvet:

1. If you’ve got a liquid stain on the fabric, be sure to first soak up as much moisture as you can with a paper towel or dry cloth.

2. Mix some detergent and water and blot the fabric as gently as possible (another option is baking soda and lemon juice).

3. Be sure never to scrub the velvet.

4. Use a dry cloth (and a hairdryer if you wish to speed up the process) to get the fabric dry.

NB- We also recommend that you purchase fabric cleaner available in store. 

 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Velvet is much more sensitive fabric and must be treated with more care if you don’t want to ruin or discolour the surface.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at lewis@home-craft.co.za. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
