Materials & Finish

Depending on the selected design, the TV stand incorporates:

MDF (SupaWood) – professionally spray-painted for a smooth Matt or Gloss finish.

Oak – used for selected decorative or feature elements to introduce a natural wood appearance.

Wallpaper – selected designs may incorporate wallpaper detailing to enhance the overall feature and complement the surrounding interior.

Colours, oak finishes and wallpaper designs can be selected from our available options.

Manufacturing Lead Time

5–7 working days from confirmation of the order, subject to material availability and production capacity.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean using a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately afterwards.

Do not expose MDF or wallpaper surfaces to excessive water or moisture.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and strong solvents.

Care Instructions

Protect the unit from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.

Any liquid spills should be wiped and dried immediately.

As this is a floating wall-mounted unit, installation must be carried out on a suitable wall capable of safely supporting the unit.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation are charged separately unless specifically included in your quotation or order.

Charges are calculated according to the delivery location, installation requirements and order size.

Important Information

Our furniture is manufactured to order. Natural oak grain, wallpaper patterns and colours may vary slightly from photographs or samples.

Colours displayed online may also vary depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Lead Time

All our furniture is carefully crafted and prepared for delivery within 5–7 working days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are not fixed and will be confirmed after you provide your delivery address.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at lewis@home-craft.co.za. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom products, sale items, gift cards, and personal care goods are not eligible for return.

To exchange, return the item and place a new order after approval.

If shipping to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return an order without reason under the cooling-off period.
